Afrodite Papadouli was born in Athens.
In 1998 she entered the School of Fine Arts in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and studied there under the supervision of G.Tsakiris until 2000. From there on until 2002 she continued her studies in the Athens School of Fine Arts and her teacher was Y. Psychopedis.
